To create a contact list you first go to "Contact Manager" > List
Then you press the plus sign in the right lower corner.
Give the contact list a name and a description
Then press the three dots on the right to go in and edit the contact list
Under Custom Fields you can add your own custom fields to contacts.
As default the contact have the following fields (i.e you don't need to add any of these).
Under dispositions you can add List specific dispositions that will only be available when closing a interaction with a contact in this particular list.
